RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

Conditions for Returns/Refunds

  1. Items must be received within 14 days.

  2. Returned items must be unopened or in good condition and with their original packaging. We do not accept items that have been opened, damaged, or altered in any way.

  3. We do not accept returns sent directly without prior contact with us.

  4. You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returns.

  5. The after-sales warranty lasts for 14 days from the receipt of the package (according to the logistics information).

If you detect quality issues (breaks, defects, deformities, etc.) within the warranty period, please contact us immediately and send us clear photos of the defective product. We will be able to replace it after verifying the situation.

Important:
Please do not dispose of the lenses or their packaging before the issue has been resolved. We have various types of packaging, and the color of the lenses may vary according to the packaging.

Notices:

  1. Please check that the items are not damaged or have an incorrect color before opening them.

  2. Each order is entitled to only one after-sales process.

  3. Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted if the color of the product is not what you expected or desired, as long as the product is correct or the selected parameters are not suitable for your eyes.


Return/Refund Process

  1. Please first send an email to info@ttdeye.com and we will respond as soon as possible.

In your email, please provide the following information: your name, order number, and reason for the return. Do not return the lenses to the address on the package, as we will not be able to receive them there.

  1. Place the items in their original packaging.

Returns are only allowed if the packaging is in good condition and the product has not been opened, to avoid affecting its resale.

  1. Hand over the package to the shipping company.

Once sent, please provide us with the tracking number and the website to track the package.

  1. We receive your returned package.

We will check the condition of the package once received. If it meets the conditions, we will process the refund to your account according to our policy.
