4.To ensure the best customer experience, we update ourReturns and refunds policyextending the return and after-sales warranty period from 7 days to 14 days. For items received within 14 days, unopened and in good condition with the original packaging, if you no longer want them, you can contact our customer service team and we will arrange the return service as soon as possible. For quality issues (tears, incomplete, wrinkled, etc.) found within the 14-day after-sales warranty, please contact us immediately and send us clear images of the defective item.
