Conditions of Devolution & Refund
1. Products received within 7 days.
2. Returned products must be intact or in good condition with the original box. We do not accept returned items that have been opened, damaged, or altered in any way.
3. We do not accept products returned directly by you without consulting us first.
4. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
5. The after-sales warranty is 7 days after receiving the package (according to the logistics information).
Quality issues (tears, incomplete, wrinkled, etc.) of the product are covered under the after-sales warranty, please contact us immediately and send us clear images of the defective item. We will replace it after verification.
Do not throw away the contact lenses or the lens packages before your issue is resolved. We have several different packages, while the color of the contact lenses in different boxes may vary.
Notice:
1. Check the items for damage or incorrect color before opening them.
2. Each order only has one after-sales privilege.
3. Replacement, return, or refund is not available if the color is not what you expected/desired or the parameters you requested are not suitable for your eyes when the product is what you ordered.
Processs of Devolution & Refund
1. First, send an email to info@ttdeye.com, and we will respond as soon as possible.
Please provide the details of your order in the email: your name, order number, and reason for the letter. Please do not return the items to the return address on the package, as we cannot receive them at that location.
2. Place the items in the original packaging.
Returning the product is allowed if the packaging is in good condition and the product has not been opened so that it does not affect the second sale.
3. Deliver your package to the shipping company.
Please provide us with the tracking number and the website to track the logistics information after returning the package to us.
4. We receive your return package.
We check the package to see if it is in good condition or not, as soon as we carry out this process, we will arrange the refund to your account according to the return conditions.
